using flur

flur is a visual library. you may upload images you own or have the right to share. do not upload illegal content, csam, content that infringes someone else’s rights, or content designed to harm others. we may remove uploads or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

your content

you keep ownership of what you upload. by uploading, you grant flur a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and display it as required to run the service — including passing images to our ai providers for indexing. collections marked public or unlisted can be viewed by anyone with the url.

ai processing

your images may be processed by third-party ai providers (currently google gemini and openai) to produce descriptions, tags, and embeddings. we pass images to these providers as part of normal operation. see our privacy policy for details.

billing

premium subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial-month refunds.

termination

you can delete your account at any time from settings. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. account deletion removes your uploads, collections, and metadata.

liability

flur is provided as-is without warranties. we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond what applicable law requires.

changes

if we materially change these terms we’ll let you know before the new version takes effect.
